ABOUT THE ART

In the Victorian era, flowers were used to send messages to one another, either as a single flower or as a bouquet. I chose to use the definitions I found in the Victorian flower dictionary to create messages that reflected my grief after a tragic loss. Remorse is one of the complicated feelings that come with grief.
